1病例介绍患者以“腹痛1天,加重15小时”入院。查体:体温:36.8℃;脉搏82次/分;呼吸19次/分。腹部平坦,腹式呼吸存在,未见肠型及蠕动波。上腹部轻度压痛,无肌紧张及反跳痛。中下腹部中度压痛、反跳痛,无肌紧张,肝脾未触及。未触及明显包块。肠鸣音5次/分,未闻及高调肠鸣
1 case description The patient to “abdominal pain for 1 day, increased 15 hours ” admission. Physical examination: body temperature: 36.8 ℃; pulse 82 beats / min; breathing 19 beats / min. Abdomen flat, abdominal breathing exists, no intestinal type and peristaltic waves. Mild abdominal tenderness, no muscle tension and rebound tenderness. Moderate tenderness in the lower abdomen, rebound tenderness, no muscle tension, liver and spleen not touched. No obvious mass was touched. Bowel sounds 5 beats / min, did not smell and high-profile bowel
