YD—3型防冻剂是一种减水、早强、防腐及防冻型的综合外加剂。是经过多年的不断筛选优化,研制出的一种粉状外加剂。它采用了砼的微冰晶受冻机理,并根据砼的冰结应力理论进行了验证,得到了较为理想的效果。YC—3防冻剂的特点是应用范围较宽,只要按照气温调整掺量,从+5℃到-20℃均有效果。文章还介绍了对尿素的减水、防冻和阻锈等性能进行的研究。特别是对尿素的阻锈结果进行了长达四年的观察试验,得出了较为满意的结论。
