随着我国与世界贸易组织各成员国及地区间双边谈判的逐步完成,我国加入 WTO 已经只剩下一个时间问题。加入 WTO,意味着中国经济将进一步与世界经济接轨,中国将进一步对外开放,全方位地参与世界经济竞争。面对WTO 业已开启的大门,企业家们既兴奋而又忐忑不安。2001年2月28日,贵州企业决策研究会在贵州黄果树集团召开了第十八次例会,与会者就“加入 WTO 与深化企业改革”这个论题展开了广泛讨论。贵州省人大常委会主任刘方仁同志到会听取企业家们的讨论,并作了精彩发言。下面是与会者发言摘要。
With the gradual completion of bilateral negotiations between China and the member states and regions of the World Trade Organization, China’s accession to the WTO has left only a matter of time. Joining the WTO means that the Chinese economy will further integrate with the world economy, and China will further open up to the outside world and participate in all-round competition in the world economy. Faced with the opening of the WTO, entrepreneurs are both excited and uneasy. On February 28, 2001, the Guizhou Enterprise Policy Research Association held its 18th regular meeting at the Huangguoshu Group in Guizhou. Participants discussed extensively the topic of “joining WTO and deepening enterprise reform”. Comrade Liu Fangren, director of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of Guizhou Province, attended the meeting to listen to the discussions of entrepreneurs and made wonderful speeches. The following is a summary of the participants’ speeches.
