在建筑安装工程施工项目中,民用建筑给排水工程最其中的一项重要环节,其也能直接对建筑工程质量产生影响。一旦施工中出现稍有疏忽,将可能对工程造成非正常使用障碍的情况,如出现渗漏和堵塞等。不仅会对使用设备造成损坏,还会直接影响居民的日常生活和建筑工程的正常使用年限,继而对工程的经济效益造成损害。文章对居民建筑给排水工程施工质量常见问题进行了分析,并提出相应的预防措施。
Among the construction and installation engineering construction projects, one of the most important aspects of water supply and drainage engineering in civil buildings can directly affect the quality of construction projects. In the event of minor negligence in the construction, it may result in abnormal use of the project, such as leakage and blockage. It will not only cause damage to the use of equipment, but also directly affect the daily life of residents and the normal service life of construction projects, which in turn will damage the economic benefits of the project. This article analyzes the common problems of construction quality of water supply and drainage engineering in residential buildings and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
