印尼学者卡托哈迪普罗佐在印尼《短语》杂志1999年2月号上撰文指出,当今,为扼制或赢得战争所依赖的致命武器是核武器,生物武器和化学武器。使用它的后果将是争端双方基础设施的全部摧毁和数以千计人员的伤亡。战争一般是由意识形态、经济或安全利益所引起的。每一争端都将危害民族主权。
Indonesian scholar Catohadi Prozzo wrote in the February 1999 issue of The Phrasebook Indonesia that the deadly weapons on which the war is now curbed or won are nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. The consequences of using it will be the complete destruction of the infrastructure of both parties to the dispute and the casualties of thousands of personnel. Wars are generally caused by ideological, economic or security interests. Every dispute will endanger national sovereignty.
