采用盲孔法对烧结、机加成形的SR40超半球和Φ60圆柱的LiH材料测试件进行残余应力测量。结果表明:SR40超半球测试件球面45°处残余应力值最大,径向σr达到-9.5670 MPa,周向σt达到2.2352 MPa;球面各点径向σr残余应力均为压应力,而周向σt残余应力均为拉应力,且径向σr大于周向σt,测试件呈压应力状态。Φ60圆柱测试件端面中心残余应力值最小,从端面中心到端面边缘,径向σr和周向σt残余应力是先增大后减小。
Residual stress measurements were made on sintered, mechanically formed LiH material test pieces for the SR40 hemisphere and Φ60 cylinder using the blind hole method. The results show that the residual stress at the spherical surface of SR40 super-hemisphere is the largest at 45 °, the radial σr reaches -9.5670 MPa and the circumferential σt reaches 2.2352 MPa. The radial σr residual stress at each point of the spherical surface is compressive, while the circumferential σt residual The stress is tensile stress, and the radial σr is greater than the circumferential σt, the test piece is in a state of compressive stress. Φ60 cylindrical test piece at the center of the end of the residual stress minimum, from the center to the edge of the end surface, the radial σr and circumferential σt residual stress first increases and then decreases.
