具有 C—15型结构的 V_2HfxZr_1-x 化合物,给出一个高稳定的临界磁场,在4.2K 上和 x>0.3时,超过200KOe。组分为 V_2Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)的最高转变温度可达10.1K,临界磁场可达230KOe。这种材料在4.2K 上和130KOe 的磁场上,临界电流密度为1×10~5A/Cm~2,这有利于在高磁上的实际应用。
V_2HfxZr_1-x compounds with a C-15 type structure give a highly stable critical magnetic field that exceeds 200 kOe at 4.2 K and at x> 0.3. The highest transition temperature of V_2Hf_ (0.5) Zr_ (0.5) is 10.1K and the critical magnetic field is up to 230kOe. This material has a critical current density of 1 × 10 -5 A / cm ~ 2 at a field of 4.2 K and 130 kOe, which is beneficial to practical application in high magnetic field.
