2009年3月20日,世界银行汶川地震灾后恢复重建贷款项目签字仪式在北京举行。项目金额7.1亿美元,将用于四川、甘肃两省重灾区的公路、桥梁、供水、污水和垃圾处理等城镇基础设施及医疗卫生设施、教育设施的恢复重建。财政部副部长李勇、世界银行副行长詹姆斯·亚当斯、四川省副省长王宁、甘肃省副省长冯健身等出席了签字仪式。
On March 20, 2009, the signing ceremony of the World Bank Wenchuan Earthquake Recovery and Reconstruction Loan Project was held in Beijing. With a total amount of USD 710 million, the project will be used for the restoration and reconstruction of urban infrastructure and medical facilities and educational facilities such as roads, bridges, water supply, sewage and garbage disposal in the hardest hit areas in Sichuan and Gansu provinces. Li Yong, Vice Minister of Finance, James Adams, Vice President of the World Bank, Wang Ning, Vice Governor of Sichuan Province, and Feng Jian Shen, Vice Governor of Gansu Province attended the signing ceremony.
