随着互联网时代不可抵挡的势头,新兴媒体的不良引导,多元文化的碰撞,德育课程面临着严峻的挑战。作为技工院校的德育教师面对此种情况,也在尽绵薄之力在自己的三尺讲台探寻解决的方法。传统教学内容过于强调国家层面、社会层面、学生层面的先进性,使得学生对书中列举的典型学而远之,起不到教育引导的作用。通过几年的教学实践,笔者发现体验式教学模式是目前德育课堂追求创新、激发学生学习积极性的方式之一。体验式教学强调课堂上学生的主动参与,师生的互动,情感的升华,进而展开对学生的引导和教育作用,本文正是基于此展开对德育课堂体验式教学模式的研究。
With the irresistible momentum of the Internet age, the unfavorable guidance of emerging media, the collision of multiple cultures and the moral education curriculum, they face severe challenges. In the face of this situation, teachers of moral education as mechanics and technical colleges are also trying their best to find solutions in their own podium. The traditional teaching content is too much emphasis on the national level, the social level, the advanced level of students, making students listed in the book typology and far, can not play the role of education guide. Through several years of teaching practice, I found that experiential teaching mode is one of the ways of pursuing innovation and inspiring students’ enthusiasm in current moral education classroom. Experiential teaching emphasizes the active participation of students in the classroom, the interaction between teachers and students, the sublimation of emotion, and then to the guidance and education of students. This article is based on this study on the model of experiential education in moral education classroom.
