Based on the construction examples of the main bridge of the Second Bridge in Penang, Malaysia, this paper introduces the construction process of the saddle saddle in the process of construction of the main tower of cable-stayed bridge, the precast steps of the saddle skeleton, the overall installation and the adjustment of the survey site.
