近年来,我区林业专业户从事食用菌生产的逐渐多起来。栽培食用菌要想获得优质高产,菌种质量起着非常重要的作用。因此在进行栽培之前,应做好菌种质量的鉴别工作。食用菌的菌种就是用人工方法培育出来供人工栽培用的纯菌丝体。菌种的质量如何,产量的高低,单靠肉眼观察其外部形态、生长的快慢来确定是很不够的。唯一可靠的方法是通过小型出菇试验。如果所试验的菌种产生的子实体多,质量好,就是一种较好的菌种,可以在生产中推广应用。如果在培养料中除白色菌丝外,尚出现绿色或者兰绿色、黄色、桔红色、黑色 In recent years, our district forestry professionals engaged in edible mushroom production gradually more.
