根据目前设备管理“以修为主”的现状,提出实施以点检为核心的设备管理模式。通过对点检管理的含义、原则、内容及要求的介绍,从作业标准化、管理动态化、生产互动化、记录数据化、检查考核量化等要点进行分析,并结合股份公司真空钎接炉的点检管理案例,阐述了实现以点检为核心的全员设备维修管理体制的可行性。
