美国商务部2009年11月3日以存在政府补贴为由,初步裁定,对中国产金属丝网托盘征收2.02%至437.73%的高额惩罚性关税。美国商务部表示,2008年,中国对美出口金属丝网托盘3.17亿美元,较2006年增长了49%。受此影响,5家美国公司向美国商务部申请了救助。
On November 3, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce imposed a preliminary punishments of imposing a punitive tariff of 2.02% to 437.73% on wire mesh trays made in China based on the existence of government subsidies. The U.S. Commerce Department said that in 2008, China exported 317 million U.S. dollars in wire mesh trays to the United States, an increase of 49% over 2006. Affected by this, five U.S. companies applied to the U.S. Department of Commerce for assistance.
