在CNKI的中国学术文献网络出版总库中检索得到黄河勘测规划设计有限公司员工2001-2012年发表的论文共2 211篇,其中被引1 044篇,占47.2%;下载50次以上的论文为872篇,占39.4%。分析表明,工程勘察设计行业企业员工论文整体水平并不低,高被引下载论文与学历具有高度关联性、与企业优势专业领域具有显著关联性,高被引下载论文作者具有明显的集聚性,高被引下载论文的主要源期刊是中文核心期刊。Web下载量比被引量更能体现该行业论文的价值。
A total of 2 211 papers were published by CNKI from 2001 to 2012, of which 1 044 papers were cited, accounting for 47.2% of the total, and more than 50 papers were downloaded as 872 articles, accounting for 39.4%. The analysis shows that the overall level of employees’ papers in engineering survey and design industry is not low. Highly cited papers have a high degree of relevancy with academic qualifications, which is significantly related to the field of professional superiority of enterprises. The main source journals for highly cited papers are Chinese core journals. Web downloads more than quoted to better reflect the value of the industry thesis.
