首次将超声波技术应用于蜂巢黄酮的提取工艺,通过单因素和正交试验优化获得了超声波辅助提取蜂巢黄酮的关键工艺参数:超声时间15min、料液比1:100(g/mL)、超声功率900W,在此条件下,蜂巢黄酮得率为0.540%,显著高于传统热回流方法(0.322%)。DPPH和FRAP法抗氧化活性评价表明:蜂巢黄酮水提液DPPH自由基清除率和FeSO4.7H2O当量分别为35.3%和2556.7mmol/g,均显示出了较强的抗氧化活性,具有较大的开发潜力和应用价值。
Ultrasonic technology was applied to the extraction of flavonoids from hives for the first time. The key technology parameters of ultrasonic assisted extraction of flavonoids from honeycomb were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments: ultrasonic time 15 min, material to liquid ratio 1: 100 (g / mL), ultrasonic power 900W.
