《设备管理条例》是我国设备管理工作历史经验的基本总结和重要发展,它的制定和发布,适应了我国经济体制改革的需要,是保护国家财产不受损失和企业做好管理工作的一项重要的法规,使我国企业设备管理工作从此走上了法治的轨道。 作为全国重要的国有海洋捕捞和水产品加工的综合企业,多年来在产量、质量、销售收入、实现利税和出口创汇等方面,在全国同行中夺得多项第一,这无疑包含着贯彻落实《设备管理条例》对企业经济效益的增长所发挥的促进作用。高起点的设备更新和设备引进为公司的产量、质量和安全生产提供了强有力的保障,增强了企业发展的后劲,为公司持续、快速、健康发展奠定了坚实的物质基础。
The “Regulations on Equipment Management” is a basic summary and important development of the historical experience of China’s equipment management work. Its formulation and issuance is adapted to the needs of China’s economic system reform, and it is an item that protects the state’s property from loss and the company does a good job of management.
