在工业应用中,气—固直接接触式热交换器,如流化床、固定床和移动床热交换器经常用于热态燃烧气体产物上,颗粒层也常常被用来过滤流体中的尘粒然而,热气流过滤与气—固热交换器是分别进行研究和设计的,几乎没有把它们结合起来进行考虑过。本文介绍的正交气流移动床热交换过滤器(MHEF)是一种通过移动粒子床对热气流同时进行粉尘过滤和热回收的设备。文中给出了确定设备出口含尘浓度,达到一定含尘浓度或温度所需的接触面积,以及其它一些实用参数的图表。
In industrial applications, gas-solid direct contact heat exchangers, such as fluidized bed, fixed bed, and moving bed heat exchangers, are often used in hot combustion gas products. Particle layers are also often used to filter dust in fluids. However, hot gas filtration and gas-solid heat exchangers were studied and designed separately, and they were not considered together. The orthogonal flow moving bed heat exchange filter (MHEF) described in this article is a device that simultaneously performs dust filtration and heat recovery of the hot gas stream by moving the particle bed. The paper gives the diagrams that determine the dust concentration at the outlet of the equipment, the contact area required to reach a certain dust concentration or temperature, and some other practical parameters.
