目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定夏天无注射液中原阿片碱含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μl,以乙腈-三乙胺醋酸液(18:82)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:290nm。结果:原阿片碱在17.62~88.10μg·ml~(-1)范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.8%。结论:本法准确可靠,可用于夏天无注射液中原阿片碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of protopine in summer without injection by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Diamonsil C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-triethylamine acetate solution (18:82) : 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength: 290 nm. Results: The original opium alkaloids in the range of 17.62 ~ 88.10μg · ml ~ (-1), the concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.8%, RSD = 0.8%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to determine the content of nopaline in summer without injection.
