近年来随着现代科技与经济的快速发展,我国建筑工程管理的各种需求在不断增多,很多建筑单位的高层领导者在实际施工过程中常常会根据以往的工作经验来对相关建筑项目工程进行管理,这种做法不利于项目的最终质量。而管理工作是否科学全面落实对建筑项目的最终质量能够起到决定性作用。文章就建筑工程管理的问题进行阐述与分析,并提出相应的对策,以供同行参考。
