位于肛周或女阴的巨大尖锐湿疣,部分可以选择用电烙疗法。此法操作简单,易于掌握,并能在短时间内清除疣灶,但欲获十分满意的疗效,电烙操作过程仍需有所考究,才能做到既彻底清除病灶,又不过多地伤害组织。笔者在实践中有以下几点体会: 一、局麻时,以1%普鲁卡因注入疣底之皮内,使疣与其下的组织之间形成一个液体隔热层。电烙既有满意的麻醉效果,又能缓减热能向疣灶下组织传导,从而减轻了对正常组织的伤害。
