小学生的思维能力比较活跃,对于自身的约束力不强,他们的动手能力、观察能力、推理能力以及表达能力等尚处于塑造阶段。因此,数学教师在对学生进行数学教学时,要充分考虑到学生的年龄特点和思维特点,结合他们的成长规律去主动激发他们学习的主动性。本人结合多年的教学经验,认为促进学生的主动性主要从以下几个方面进行。一、激发学生对数学学习的兴趣
