患者,女,26岁,以“发现右肾上腺占位17天”为主诉于2009年11月19日入院。患者无不适症状,内分泌检查均正常,单位体检时腹部超声提示右肾上腺区可见大小约2.41cm×1.64cm低回声,近边缘可见多发点状强回声,进一步行腹部CT检查提示右肾上腺可见类圆形肿块影,边界光滑,大小约2.7cm×2.0cm,平扫CT值约30HU,其内可见点状高密度影,但CT检查同时发现肝左叶
