目的:探讨基层医院开展自制保存羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的疗效及可行性。方法:对深圳市宝安区西乡人民医院2005/2008年93例(96眼)住院接受翼状胬肉切除联合保存羊膜移植手术治疗的患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:本组93例(96眼)羊膜植片均生长良好,无感染现象。术后复发率为1.1%,取得了满意的疗效。结论:羊膜易于取材而且可以在低温下长时间保存,我们采用的制备、保存方法操作及材料要求均比较简单,疗效满意,在一般的基层综合性医院均值得推广开展。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of primary amniotic membrane preservation of pterygium in primary hospitals. Methods: The clinical data of 93 patients (96 eyes) hospitalized in Xixiang People’s Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen City in 2005/2008 who underwent the operation of pterygium resection and amniotic membrane transplantation were analyzed. Results: All the 93 cases (96 eyes) of amniotic membrane grew well and had no infection. Postoperative recurrence rate was 1.1%, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion: Amniotic membrane is easy to take and can be stored at low temperature for a long time. The preparation and preservation methods and materials used in our study are relatively simple and have satisfactory curative effect. It is worth to be popularized in the general primary general hospitals.
