精细化管理是现代企业管理的标准与规范,涉及到企业管理的方方面面,其核心是:以风险可控为前提,以效益最大为目标,以国际规则和标准为指引,以精细、严密、规范、系统、科学管理为过程。企业内部精细化管理水平的高低是影响企业盈利主要的因素之一。1精细化管理存在的问题1.1员工的精细化观念和意识亟待加强受长期以来企业粗放化管理的影响,员工对精细化管理的意识缺乏、观念淡漠,思想上、行动上离精细化管理的要求还距离甚远,亟待提高和完善。1.2企业管理基础工作尚待进一步完善
