粉煤灰硅酸盐混凝土大型墙板是以粉煤灰、石灰、石膏为胶结料,以液态渣、矿渣、炉渣、火山渣、陶粒等为骨料,经搅拌、成型、常压蒸汽养护而制得的。发展装配式粉煤灰大板建筑不仅具备其他大板结构的各种优点,又可以大量利用工业废渣(以宝鸡为例,建造一万平米大板住宅建筑,可利用粉煤灰约1400吨,液态渣5000吨)。本文综合部分地区研制与应用粉煤灰大板的经验,就大板的发展过程、主要性能控制指标、今后展望等问题作些粗浅的分析。
