目的:探究PBL结合集束化管理模式在护理规范化培训教学中的应用价值.方法:以2019年1月-2019年12月60例护理规范化培训人员为研究对象,分段随机化法分组,对照组常规方法护理教学,实验组护理教学中应用PBL结合集束化管理,对2组教学的结果分析.结果:实验组护理规范化培训人员理论成绩、实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组教学总满意率为96.67%,高于对照组总满意率76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:护理规范化培训教学中实施PBL结合集束化管理模式,可提高护理教学成绩,增加护理规范化培训人员的满意度,意义重大.“,”Objective: To explore the application value of PBL combined with cluster management mode in standardized nursing training and teaching. Methods: 60 cases of standardized nursing training personnel from January 2019 to December 2019 were taken as the research object, divided into subsection randomization method, the control group was conventional nursing teaching method, the experimental group was applied PBL combined with cluster management in nursing teaching, and the teaching results of the two groups were analyzed. RESULTS: The theoretical and practical achievements of the standardized training staff in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of teaching in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than that in the control group (76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of PBL combined with cluster management mode in standardized nursing training and teaching can improve the performance of nursing teaching and increase the satisfaction of standardized nursing training personnel, which is of great significance.
