捐款来自中央和国家机关干部职工以及军队领导机关广大官兵2007年11月16日至19日,中央国家机关工委副书记邵旭军带领工作组赴今年遭受严重自然灾害的山西吕梁市、陕西榆林市,看望慰问受灾困难群众,实地察看灾后民房恢复重建情况,并向两市分别转赠中央和国家机关干部职工以及军队领导机关广大官兵爱心捐款400万元。
