刘桂生大师简介刘桂生,男,汉族,1962年8月出生,北京市人,中共党员。1984年7月北京建筑上程学院道路与桥梁工程专业本科毕业,2004年6月,在北京工业大学获交通运输工程专业工程硕士学位。历任北京市市政工程设计研究总院一所和四所助理工程师、工程师、高级工程师、所长,北京市市政工程设计研究总院院长助理、副院长、教授级高级工程师,1988年11月—1989年11月在日本鹿岛建设株式会社结构基础专业研修,现任北京市市政工程设计研究总院院长、教授级高级工程师。兼任建设部城镇道路桥梁标准技术归口单位负责人。1994年荣获“北京市优秀青年知识分子”荣誉称号,1998年获选享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。2006年被评为全国工程勘察设计大师。

Part-time town and town roads and bridges standard technology focal point person in charge. In 1994 won the “Beijing outstanding young intellectuals,” the honorary title, 1998 was selected to enjoy the State Council special allowance experts. In 2006 was named the national engineering survey and design guru.
