国家教育委员会高等教育自学考试办公室和建设部教育司联合发出《关于开考中专村镇建设专业自学考试和组织村镇建设人员学习的通知》[教考办(1993)1号],决定从1994年4月起,在全国开考中专村镇建设专业自学考试。并把“岗位培训合格证书、专业(中专)证书和中专学历证书”三证合一纳入自学考虑轨道。《中国教育报》(1993年4月13日)在头版刊登了“中专村镇建设专业自考开设”的
The Higher Education Self-Study Examination Office of the State Education Commission and the Education Department of the Ministry of Construction jointly issued the “Notice on Opening Self-Study Examinations for Specialized Schools and Construction of Vocational Schools for Secondary Vocational Schools and Organizing the Learning of Rural Construction Personnel” [Teaching and Examination Office (1993) No. 1], which was decided from 1994. Beginning in April, a professional self-study examination will be conducted in the secondary schools in the country. And the “post training certificate, professional (secondary) certificate and secondary education certificate” into the self-study track. “China Education News” (April 13, 1993) published on the front page of the “Professional Self-study for the Construction of Special Secondary Schools for Rural Construction”.
