目的:研究消癌解毒方对肺癌A549细胞裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用并初步探讨其可能作用机制。方法:采用皮下接种肺癌A549细胞造成裸鼠移植瘤模型,待成瘤后将裸鼠随机分组并给予不同剂量的消癌解毒方,4周后肿瘤组织称重并测定裸鼠血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量。结果:给药组裸鼠肿瘤体积与模型对照组相比均增长较慢,4周后三组给药组裸鼠肿瘤重量均显著小于模型对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清VEGF含量均显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消癌解毒方对肺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型肿瘤组织的生长有明显的抑制作用,通过降低血清VEGF含量可能是其作用机制。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Xiaoyao Jiedu Fang on lung cancer A549 xenografts in nude mice and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The lung cancer A549 cells were inoculated subcutaneously to induce the nude mice xenograft model. After the tumor was established, the nude mice were randomly divided into groups and given different doses of Xiaowu Jiedu Decoction. After 4 weeks, the tumor tissues were weighed and the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) content. Results: Compared with the model control group, the tumor volume of the nude mice in the administration group grew slowly. After 4 weeks, the tumor weight of the three groups was significantly smaller than that of the model control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) Content were significantly lower than the model control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xiaojian Jiedu Decoction significantly inhibits the growth of tumor in nude mice transplanted with lung cancer, which may be its mechanism by decreasing the level of serum VEGF.
