上学期我们通过审批各学校的工作计划,提高了各学校工作计划的质量,从而也提高了各学校的教育质量。我们在审批各学校工作计划时除了依据上级及本县人民政府对小学教育工作的指示和参照各校的工作基础外,并掌握以下几个重点: 一、工作目标是否明确内容是否体现出当前的教育方针政策和中心任务;如何团结与提高教师,改进领导,改进教学;如何加强学生思想教育与健康教育。
