在Fe-Cr-Ni奥氏体耐热合金中加入不同量的混合稀土元素,在1050℃时进行持久试验。结果表明,适量稀土元素可显著改善合金的持久性能。用俄歇谱仪研究发现稀土元素偏聚于晶界,增加了晶界的结合强度。通过金相试验和扫描电镜研究了合金中的夹杂物,发现稀土元素的变性作用和净化作用也是改善合金持久性能的重要原因。
In the Fe-Cr-Ni austenitic heat-resistant alloys by adding different amounts of mixed rare earth elements, at 1050 ℃ for long-lasting test. The results show that the appropriate amount of rare earth elements can significantly improve the durability of the alloy. With Auger spectroscopy study found that rare earth elements segregated at the grain boundaries, increasing the grain boundary bonding strength. The inclusions in the alloy were investigated by metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the denaturation and purification of rare earth elements are also important factors to improve the durability of the alloy.
