目的 :研究CagA+Hp与消化性溃疡边缘上皮细胞增殖的关系。方法 :粘膜涂片Giemsa染色及RUT确定Hp感染 ,SP免疫组织化学方法检测溃疡边缘PCNA阳性表达情况 ,对Hp阳性者抽取静脉血 1ml按HpCa gAIgG检测盒说明操作检测CagA抗体。结果 :GU患者CagA+Hp的检出率为 72 .72 % ,DU患者CagA+Hp的检出率为 6 8.18%。溃疡边缘上皮PCNA阳性表达明显高于无显著病变者 ;Hp阳性溃疡边缘PCNA阳性表达显著高于Hp阴性者 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;但CagA阳性溃疡边缘PCNA阳性表达与阴性者相比无统计学差异。结论 :在Hp相关溃疡CagA+Hp菌株占优势 ,且Hp感染可导致溃疡边比上皮细胞增殖加速 ,但CagA可能不是导致细胞增殖加速的原因
Objective: To study the relationship between CagA + Hp and epithelial cell proliferation of peptic ulcer. Methods: The mucosal smear Giemsa staining and RUT were used to determine the infection of Hp. SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the positive expression of PCNA at the edge of ulcer. Venous blood was extracted from Hp positive patients by 1 ml according to the instructions of HpCa gAIgG. Results: The detection rate of CagA + Hp in GU patients was 72.72%, and the detection rate of CagA + Hp in DU patients was 6 8.18%. The positive expression of PCNA in the marginal epithelium of ulcer was significantly higher than that in the non-significant lesion; the positive expression of PCNA in the edge of Hp positive ulcer was significantly higher than that in Hp negative (P <0.01); however, the positive expression of PCNA in the edge of CagA positive ulcer No statistical difference. CONCLUSIONS: CagA + Hp strains predominate in Hp-related ulceration and Hp infection can lead to accelerated proliferation of epithelial cells over ulceration, but CagA may not be responsible for the accelerated cell proliferation
