一、概述 B_(19)型机械保温车制冷系统中的换热器由不同直径的T_2紫铜管焊成。为了消除由于焊接过程中的高温氧化作用而在铜管的表面生成黑色的氧化铜(内层为红色的氧化亚铜)和熔渣,过去多采取强酸酸洗—水洗—铬酸钝化的工艺。该工艺存在酸雾大、对铜管腐蚀严重以及废液污染环境等缺点,为此,进行了换热器化学清洗新工艺的研究。

In order to eliminate the formation of black copper oxide (red cuprous oxide in the inner layer) and slag on the surface of the copper pipe due to the high temperature oxidation during the welding process, a strong acid pickling-washing-chromic acid passivation process was adopted in the past . The process has the disadvantages of large acid mist, serious corrosion on the copper pipe, and pollution of the environment by the waste liquid. Therefore, a new chemical cleaning process of the heat exchanger is studied.
