根据紫外-可见光谱分析方法,研究了氨基醇结构修饰的吡啶-2,6-双酰胺对重金属离子Cr(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的识别性能。结果表明:吡啶-2,6-二[N-(1′,1′-二甲基-2′-羟基)酰胺](配体L)对重金属离子Cr(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)均表现出良好的离子识别性能,且不受碱金属和碱土金属离子的干扰。配体L与重金属离子Cr(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)可形成配位模式为1:2、1:1和1:1型的稳定配合物,并进一步评价了配体L测试人工样品溶液的性能,多种干扰金属离子对配体L识别Cr(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)离子的影响不大,实验结果均显示出较低的RSD。
The recognition performance of pyridine-2,6-bisamides modified with aminoalcohol on heavy metal ions Cr (Ⅲ), Zn (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ) was studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results showed that the adsorption of heavy metal ions Cr (Ⅲ), Zn (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅲ) by pyridine-2,6- (Ⅱ) show good ion recognition performance, and are not disturbed by alkali and alkaline earth metal ions. Ligand L and heavy metal ions Cr (Ⅲ), Zn (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ) form stable complexes with coordination modes of 1: 2, 1: 1 and 1: 1. The performance of the artificial sample solution was tested. The effect of various interference metal ions on the recognition of ligands L, Cr (Ⅲ), Zn (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ) ions was insignificant, and the experimental results showed low RSD.
