科技兴贸是我国外经贸工作的基本战略。为此,各省、市按照外经贸部和科技部共同制定的《科技兴贸行动计划》的精神,也制定出本地的科技兴贸行动计划。他们遵循定产品、定企业、定市场、定目标、定时间的“五定” 方针,发挥优势,各出高招。其中,北京、上海、重庆三市的实施举措,尤其值得关注。
Promoting trade through science and technology is the basic strategy of our foreign trade and economic cooperation. To this end, various provinces and municipalities have also formulated their own local plans for the promotion of science and technology through trade in the spirit of the “Plan of Prospering Trade through Science and Technology” jointly formulated by the MOFTEC and the Ministry of Science and Technology. They follow the principle of “fixed price, fixed enterprise, fixed market, fixed target and fixed time”, and give full play to their strengths and make good tricks. Among them, the implementation measures of Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing are particularly noteworthy.
