Comrades: This was invited to attend the meeting of chief directors of the Chinese National Hospital and won a good opportunity to learn from other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in developing and rejuvenating Chinese medicine and developing Chinese medicine. In the following, according to the opinions of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I briefed the participating commanders on the development of TCM in Heilongjiang Province. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, under the guidance of the correct guidelines of the Party Central Committee and under the leadership and support of the Ministry of Health and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the cause of TCM in our province has witnessed rapid development with some achievements . 87 existing TCM and Integrative Medicine institutions are established in our province, including 5 TCM institutions directly under the province (3 TCM colleges and 2 TCM research institutes), municipal-level TCM
