铁鞋目前仍是编组场主要的调速与制动工具,由于铁路车辆轮轴的一体性,使这种制动方式不可避免地要对一侧车轮踏面造成擦伤。铁鞋使用操作不当,其车轮的擦伤程度可能大于列车紧急制动时对暗面的擦伤,甚至在一次制动中达到或超过运用限度。对这类擦伤进行探讨,提出了切实可行的避免擦伤的方法──同步铁鞋制动法,以及设计一种防止车轮擦伤的改良型铁鞋。
Iron shoes are still the main speed and brake tools in the marshalling yard. Due to the integration of railway vehicle axles, this braking method inevitably causes chafing on the wheel tread on one side. Improper use of iron shoes, the wheel of the degree of abrasion may be greater than the train emergency brake on the dark side of the scratch, even in a brake to meet or exceed the limits of use. This kind of abrasion is discussed, and a feasible method to avoid abrasion is put forward, that is, the synchronous iron shoe braking method and the design of an improved iron shoe to prevent the abrasion of the wheel.
