银行间债券市场实行准入备案制后,市场成员迅速扩容,而当前债市利率风险也引起市场各界人士的广泛关注,新老成员亟需提升货币市场业务理论实务水平。2002年8月16～18日,中国人民银行济南分行在淄博举办了辖区第一次全国银行间债券市场、同业拆借市场发展研讨会,这也是第一次由中国人民银行大区行举办的市场发展研讨会。相信此会将给正处探索中的市场成员以启迪,也必将促进济南分行辖区乃至全国范围货币市场业务的健康稳步发展。
After the accession filing system was implemented in the inter-bank bond market, the members of the market expanded rapidly. Interest rate risk in the current bond market also aroused widespread concern in the market. New and old members urgently needed to upgrade the theoretical and practical level of the money market business. From August 16 to 18, 2002, Jinan Branch of the People’s Bank of China held a seminar on the development of the first national inter-bank bond market and inter-bank lending market in Zibo. This is the first time that the market held by the People’s Bank of China Development Seminar. I believe this will be to explore the members of the market in order to enlighten, will also promote the Jinan branch jurisdiction and even the country’s currency market business healthy and steady development.
