1.课题的提出1.1 现代教学观念的需要。现代化教学观念是时代精神的体现。工业、科技、信息、生态等的文明程度的提高构成了21世纪现代化的时代特征:“知识经济”及“信息产业”提出了一系列新的要求;学习化社会和终身教育制度的确立必然要求学校教育不仅仅是继承知识技能,更重要的是有效开发学生的智慧潜能和再学习再就业能力;与市场紧密相联的职业教育直接面临着多种经济形式的劳务市场对人才的意识品质、职业素质重塑的挑战;观念的现代化是整个教育改革的大前提,职业教育的教学观、方法观同样要赋于时代意义,职业中专语文这一基础课的教学方法也应适应教育的外部环境,体现时代的精神。1.2 素质教育的需要。
