一、现状根据2013年5月8日中国旅游研究院发布的《2013中国酒店投资展望报告》数据显示,截至2012年末,中国共有星级酒店11706家,其中五星级酒店721家,四星级酒店2201家,三星级酒店5545家及一、二星级酒店3239家,可提供客房超过157万间。而未来五年中,据统计至少还有680家五星级酒店准备开业,这其中,国际品牌酒店占比80%以上。万豪集团曾表态2016年在亚洲新开260家酒店,其中在中国的酒店数量将从目前的60家增加至125家左右,覆盖中国近75%的省份;雅高集团计划2015年亚太区酒店总数达700家;四季酒店集团将在中国再开超过10家酒店;希尔顿酒店集团2015年在华酒店将增至100家。
