目的:探讨米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:对62例早期异位妊娠患者采用米非司酮配合中药治疗观察其生命体征及腹痛情况,监测β-HCG下降情况,定期复查阴超,监测附件包块大小变化及服药后的不良反应。结果:62例患者中56例治愈,失败6例,治愈率90%。结论:米非司酮配伍中药治疗早期异位妊娠疗效可靠,服用安全方便,值得我们基层医院推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Sixty-two patients with early ectopic pregnancy were treated with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine to observe their vital signs and abdominal pain, to monitor the decline of β-HCG, to regularly check overcast, to monitor the size of the appendix mass and to take adverse reactions after taking medicine . Results: Of the 62 patients, 56 were cured and 6 failed. The cure rate was 90%. Conclusion: Mifepristone compatibility traditional Chinese medicine treatment of early ectopic pregnancy reliable, safe and convenient to take, it is worth our grass-roots hospitals to promote the use of.
