群众文化被视为社会主义文化工作的重要组成部分。随着社会的不断发展,时代的进步,人们的生活地位发生了翻天覆地的变化,群众文化工作及活动也随着发生了改变。政府部门及相关文化工作者认识到要想在新的时期充分满足广大人民群众的精神文化需求,就要充分的做到准确把握时代的发展脉搏及群众文化工作的现况和基本情况,并且在此基础上坚持先进文化的前进方向。本文从群众文化活动的涵义、开展群众文化活动的意义等方面进行了深入思考,对于如何开展群众文化活动提出了自己的一些浅薄之见。
Mass culture is regarded as an important part of socialist culture. With the continuous development of the society and the improvement of the times, people’s living conditions have undergone tremendous changes. As a result, the mass cultural work and activities have also changed.
