本研究把抗病品种冀麦24与感病品种津丰1号按5种不同比例进行混合种植,在这种情况下,调查并分析了小麦条锈病在田间传播梯度的变化。结果表明,感病品种津丰1号纯合种植时,随着病害的发展病害传播梯度发生了由大到小的显著变化,而在感病与抗病品种混合种植条件下,尤其是在两者比例为1∶1和1∶3时,这种梯度变化不明显,并始终保持在一个中间水平。由此可见,品种混合种植时,其中的抗病品种对病原菌的传播起到了有效的阻挡作用,这也是为什么品种混合种植能起到抗病增产作用的机制之一。
In this study, the resistant variety Ji Jimi 24 and the susceptible variety Jinfeng 1 were mixed and planted in 5 different proportions. Under such circumstances, the change of the transmission gradient of wheat stripe rust in the field was investigated and analyzed. The results showed that when the susceptible cultivar Jinfeng No.1 was homozygous, the disease transmission gradient changed significantly from small to small as the disease progressed. However, under the mixed cultivation of susceptible and resistant varieties, especially in the two The ratio of 1: 1 and 1: 3, this gradient is not obvious, and always maintain a middle level. Thus, it can be seen that when the variety is mixed and cultivated, the resistant varieties among them play an effective barrier to the spread of pathogens, which is also one of the mechanisms why the mixed cultivation of varieties can play a role of increasing disease resistance and increasing yield.
