治大国若烹小鲜“是《老子》第六十章的首句,关于其内涵众说纷纭,这些解释各自成理,有的看似矛盾。从该句在本章的地位、与前后文的逻辑关系,以及考虑老子的基本哲学主张来看,应从更广的角度来解释”治大国若烹小鲜“的内涵,治国和烹小鲜不仅形同,更应神似,也即在”道“的引领下,治国者循事物(如民)之自然而为,在此前提下,不伤人、不重变法、不可烦、谨慎小心、愚民等主张就是治国依道而行的体现。
