上海红外技术的发展,经历了一个曲折的过程。经过二十来年的发展,取得了不少经验,也得到了一些教训。如能较全面地总结这些经验、教训,对于指导今后红外技术的发展,特别是在工厂企业中发展红外技术,会有一些借鉴作用。上海红外技术的推广与应用,是和驻沪的几个主要研究所、各单位的协作以及广大科技、工程技术人员的辛勤努力分不开的。早在五十、六十年代,上海电光技术研究所、上海技物所等骨干研究所就已经研制成具有先进水平的红外望远镜、控制人造卫星飞行姿态的红外地平仪等先进设备。
The development of infrared technology in Shanghai has undergone a tortuous process. After 20 years of development, we have gained a lot of experience and learned some lessons. If we can summarize these experiences and lessons more comprehensively, there will be some reference for guiding the development of infrared technology in the future, especially the development of infrared technology in factories and enterprises. The popularization and application of infrared technology in Shanghai are closely linked with the work of several major research institutes and units in Shanghai and the hard work of vast numbers of science and technology and engineering technicians. As early as the 1950s and the 1960s, Shanghai Institute of Electro-Optical Technology and Shanghai Institute of Technology and other key research institutes have developed advanced equipment such as infrared telescopes with advanced level and infrared gravimeters that control satellite flight attitude.
