本文从《四书五经》出发,全面把握“和谐”的深刻内涵,领悟内在的“和谐”之道,并联系学校的校园建设,论述如何构建和谐社会,建设和谐校园,建设文明、向上、创新、宽松、协调、包容的校园环境,使学校成为师生工作学习的乐园、生活的家园和精神的花园。提出了“和谐可以凝聚人心,和谐可以团结力量,和谐可以发展事业”的观点。
Based on the “Four Books and Five Classics”, this paper comprehensively grasps the profound connotation of “harmony ”, comprehends the inner “harmony ” and links with the school ’s campus construction, discusses how to build a harmonious society, build a harmonious campus, Upward, innovative, relaxed, coordinated and inclusive campus environment, so that the school became a teacher-student learning paradise, life’s home and spiritual garden. Put forward the idea that “harmony can unite people, harmony can unite strength, and harmony can develop a career.”
