前三季度国民经济保持了平稳发展,物价涨幅明显回落,社会总供求基本平衡,宏观经济主要调控目标有的已经基本实现,有的正在实现,经济景气综合评分从4月份以来一直处于正常、稳定的“绿灯区”。今年1—3季度,在“适度从紧”的宏观调控政策下,宏观经济继续降温,主要指标趋向调控目标:——经济增长率逐季回落,1——3季度平均增长9．8%,接近9%左右的调控目标:——全社会商品零售价格涨幅明显回落,1——3季度平均上涨16．6%,趋向15%左右的调控目标:
