我们在为用户服务的工作中,常常遇到4115柴油机曲轴早期疲劳折断的事故,每年都达数十起,这一事故给用户和我厂造成很大损失。曲轴早期疲劳折断,一般是在曲柄臂危险断面处发生的,断面表面呈现明显的疲劳痕。根据现场拆检调查资料统计,曲柄臂断裂还伴随下述几种现象:(1)主轴承螺母扭矩不足;(2)主轴承盖折断;(3)主轴承盖螺栓折断;(4)主轴承螺栓松动;
