新密矿务局米村矿原设计年产60万吨。为了充分挖掘矿井潜力,提高经济效益,该矿于1975年9月开始进行技术改造,1978年底完成。年产量由60万吨增加到120万吨,投资1977.68万元,吨煤投资31.7元。技术改造后第一年就生产原煤115.6万吨,上缴利润631.98万元。截止1982年底共上缴利润2670.15万元,上交税金989.25万元。投产后两年就收回了矿井技术改造的全部投资,煤炭部1983年在烟台召开的科技大会上评为特等奖。由于对矿井运输、提升环节的技术改造采用了切实有效的方案,使技术改造工期短(不包括准备时间,仅停产15天就全部完成交替工程,顺利投产),投资少(占总投资的(1/3)),收到了显著的技术经济效果。

As the mine transportation, upgrading of the technical transformation of the use of effective programs to shorten the period of technical transformation (not including the preparation time, only discontinued 15 days to complete the alternate project, the smooth operation), less investment (of the total investment ( 1/3)), received significant technical and economic results.
